Warranty and returns

Enua guarantees that the products are free from defects at the time of sale. Enua will always comply with the requirements according to consumer protection laws and regulations in the country where the product is purchased.

The following points must be met before warranty or claim can be considered:

  • Keep the receipt or invoice from the installation as proof of purchase.
  • Ensure that the instructions for use and maintenance described in the manual have been followed.
  • The warranty or claim does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • The warranty or claim does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by external factors.

Whether you are an end user, electrician or retailer: always contact support first. They will help you diagnose the product and identify what is wrong.

It is important that you have spoken with us before sending the product in. If you are asked to return the product under a complaint or warranty claim, fill out the form by clicking the button below.
